Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you and your horse.

Because travel time, scheduling, and route planning are arranged in advance, last-minute cancellations often prevent those appointment times from being filled.

To ensure fairness and sustainability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation Fee

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will also be subject to the $50 cancellation fee.

Exceptions

I understand that emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion in cases of genuine emergencies, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the horse’s health and safety.

Rescheduling

Clients who provide at least 24 hours’ notice may reschedule their appointment without penalty, subject to availability.

Why This Policy Exists

As a mobile equine bodyworker, significant time is invested in travel, scheduling, and preparation for each appointment. This policy helps protect that time and allows me to continue providing quality care while keeping my services accessible and fairly priced for all clients.
